principal design decisions:

1. location of the house on the entire width of the plot along the northern limit in order to maximize garden area

2. depiction of the required program in form of repetitive module and its distribution in space in such a way to meet the clients requirements regarding zoning and masterplan regulations

3. maximal simplification of the structural system

4. design of the circulation space using different height of rooms and sunlight
