How to design the housing estate in the specific urban, topographic, cultural and economical context?
How to determine the right scale for the new buildings without obstructing the existing visual relations in the neighbourhood?

solution

Division of the designed built mass into the four volumes perpendicular to the protected water dike in order to ensure the visual relation between both sides of the plot. Modification and proper orientation of the houses relative to the sun and surrounding buildings.
