Reduction of the impact on the existing landscape related to the planned investment and dispersion of the designed housing estate in local surroundings. Design of the living space that is in strong relation with natural landscape and enables interactions between residents and natural environment. Spatial configuration of the houses enhances and strengthens the basic relationship between human and nature and becomes only a intimate intermediary in this contact.
